LOCAL FACILITIES - MONTEILS
Within the commune of Monteils there is a supermarket, a large new DIY store and a store selling meat, cheese, excellent fruit and vegetables and prepared meals. There is also a small primary school and, on the boundary with Caussade, a new secondary school.

LOCAL FACILITIES - CAUSSADE
Although in a rural situation surrounded by open country, the property is barely five minutes from the lively town of Caussade, which has many shops and an extensive weekly market selling a wide range of local produce.

The town is currently undergoing a considerable amount of embellishment, including the provision of comprehensive medical facilities and, in the near future, a state-of-the-art indoor swimming pool complex. There is a cinema/theatre which shows some English-language films, numerous restaurants and a comfortable Irish pub which holds weekly concerts.
